On Monday, April 16th at 7:00pm, Esquisse will hold an exceptional collaboration dinner to celebrate the release of the book TOKYO NEW WAVE: 31 Chefs Defining Japan's Next Generation by Andrea Fazzari. Two Michelin star chef Lionel Beccat of Esquisse, and two Michelin star chef Shinobu Namae of L'Effervescence in Nishiazabu will collaborate for the first time ever to create an original menu, entitled Crossroads.
