”ESqUISSE no Ryori” Lionel Beccat


On Friday, December 3, 2021, ESqUISSE Executive Chef Lionel Beccat will release his new book, “ESquiSSE no Ryori”.

This is a new style of culinary book with photographs taken by Lionel Beccat, which tells the story of the inspiration, creative energy, philosophy and thoughts that inspire the idea of cuisine.

The book will go on sale first at ESqUISSE from November 26 (Fri.).
Also, from November 30 (Tue) to December 5 (Sun), a book launch exhibition will be held at Morioka Shoten in Ginza 1-chome. Please come and see Lionel Beccat at Morioka Bookstore on the following dates.

This book began when Lionel Becat, who has been living in Japan for 15 years, felt the need to talk about Japan along with its cuisine.
