Expo2025 Osaka-Kansai is being held from April 13th to October 13th. Chef Lionel Beccat is participating in the “EARTH FOOD 25” at the signature pavilion “EARTH MART”.
”EARTH FOODS” is a project to brighten the future of food on earth by selecting 25 uniquely Japanese foods and sharing their value and wisdom with the world. Among the 25 foods, Chef Lionel’s dishes on agar, dried bonito flakes, surimi, fugu (blowfish), and shiitake mushrooms are on display. We hope you will take a look when you visit.
