Another year of cooking with joy and meaning, we have been able to deliver happiness at this level for 12 years now.
Heartfelt thanks to all the souls that are involved in this adventure …

Because Cooking is an extraordinary adventure, with its exhilarations and battles to be fought.
There’s joy of creating, sharing and feeling.
There are also failures, doubts and sorrows.
There are all the living creatures in our hands to accompany on their last hurrah, animal and plant life
not to be wasted.
There are all these men and women who cook, tirelessly from morning to night, their life is tough but passion is burning inside them .
There’s exaltation, dreams and so much beauty.
There’s meaning to give, people to inspire.
Sometimes we lose our way, often we make mistakes,
So we must be vigilant, attentive to the signs, and the light returns.
There are all these craftsmen, farmers, breeders, fishermen, all these people behind the scenes who do most of the work, in the shadows, they are the real heroes of the story.
Then, Above all, you have to know how to say thank you.
Be grateful and take care of others.
You have to make sense of the road ahead, and understand that it has no destination, that it’s simply « meant to be ».
Don’t give a damn about destiny, give up trying to please or being loved and disdain victory.
Then begins the apprenticeship of true freedom.
