Today, October 17, the “Michelin Guide Tokyo 2025” was announced and Eiji Wakabayashi, General Manager and Sommelier of ESqUISSE received the “Sommelier Award”.
ESqUISSE was introduced as a two-star restaurant in “Michelin Guide Tokyo 2025” .
We are grateful for this valuable award, and we will continue to contribute to the development of the restaurant and wine/SAKE industry, and to make every effort to ensure that as many of our guests as possible have a wonderful time.
