Chef Lionel Beccat will participate in the Osaka/Kansai Expo Signature Pavilion “EARTH MART”
”EARTH FOODS 25”, a list to share food culture and ideas from Japan to improve the future of food on earth. Five chefs will co-create and develop new concept dishes, each responsible for five ingredients. Chef Lionel Beccat will be one of them.
The Osaka-Kansai Expo will be held from April 13 to October 13, 2025. It is a little further away, but we are looking forward to it.

So it’s an opportunity and a joy to express to the whole world, through EARTH MART 25, our visions of the future, to share our hopes and concerns.
But above all, it’s a great source of pride to be able to present our enchanting, ingenious and delicious Japanese terroir to visitors.
