NOTO NO KOÉ II
312 days after the earthquake
We cooked, we laughed, we shared, we cared and we tried to fix a little bit people’s hearts.
Helping the soul of this land to rise again will be a long term process, it will require lot of thoughts, good will and care.
There is still so much to do, so much to look after, but we won’t stop until our message is heard clearly, Noto is a land of plenty.
We do know that as cooks we cannot do much to ease people sorrow, but we know how to re-enchant the world, we understand organic living and we can hear the voice of invisible things.
We can only steal few hours from darkness…
But, we will do our part, hoping that more people will be alongside us on this path.
Because Noto’s beauty and its people are teaching us how to live in this world virtuously and meaningfully.
