ESqUISSE only offers Menu spontané, a course of our chef’s creations.

We offer course menu  from the point of view of food loss, and to serve selected seasonal dishes which is a blessing of nature.
Depending on the price, the number of plates in the course differs.
Could you please inform us if you have any allergy or food dislike when you make a reservation.
